So I was really tired a couple days ago, I set the sprinkler on my Purple Hull peas about 7PM, intending to cut it off around 9PM. The next morning, drinking coffee, DH looked out the window to see it still on. Oh well, the peas, garlic, Cherokee Purple tomatoes, Asian long beans and Kentucky Wonder beans got thoroughly watered. Haha.

@seedcorn I now have ripe tomatoes.

Yesterday I canned 3 pints of dill pickle spears for my neighbor that is called to duty in the National Guard. Today I used her peaches to make 3 pints of peach salsa.

We bought us some peaches so I can make peach salsa for us too. She has a small tree, I’ll try to get all I can into a jar for her.

We got to go to Tyler and get tire$ for the truck or I would start another batch.

Peach salsa, hmm I've never tried that, I can't have tomatoes this may be a good alternative.

Must be nice to have fresh tomatoes. I’m happy for you.... (grumble, mutter, /$$;&,)

So how do you beat peach salsa? As a desert, side dish, etc?

LOL Bay!! We did the same thing with the sprinklers in the orchard. DH turned them on Wed night and they got turned off Thurs morning!!

My mule team tomatoes are starting to ripen. Can't wait to try one.

I'm guessing, the recipe is onion garlic, chilli now I could do with the rest of the ingredients before I jump into that bowl in the picture
