Also, I want to commend you for giving that little guy love and comfort. In other places a sickly lamb would have been treated like refuse.
You are loving and caring shepherd.
God Bless You!! :hugs:hugs:hugs

you never really know what life may bring, i am a runt, i wasn't expected to make it, but with some help and care i survived. if i were born a few years before i probably wouldn't have made it.

we had a pile of puppies from our last dog when i was a kid, she sat on the first one and killed it by accident but then the next 12 she didn't and the runt of that litter was tiny but he survived (we called him Runtski :) ) and was the last one we adopted out. we just had to make sure that when we took the tins of food out for them to eat that we took Runtski aside when we put the first tin down and the other puppies would all swarm the tin and we'd put down the 2nd tin and Runtski could get some food a while before the others figured it out. so funny that the other puppies never figured it out for weeks but we were doing the same thing every time we were feeding them.
