Baymule’s Farm

I can't tell you enough how pleased i am you're still here.
Even just online, it's really good having you around and that's me being selfish

Ì wasn't supposed to be here either.
So many times over, once as a baby twice as an infant. The second infant danger. I was rescued by a wonderful guy.
That I cherish even today even though he's no longer with me

Then just under 20 years ago I was told I wasn't going to be around for long by a doctor. He gave me a year.

I swear the last time food and spices pulled me through.

I've counted 5 lives far, so I'd better tread carefully. Because if I'm anything like a cat I have only 4 lives left

Side note
🤔 I reckon the chocolate cake helped to 😉

👏 👏
I guess @Marie2020 , that Does make you a Cat ! :gig

Why don't you do what I do when @baymule knocks me out with all this work she never ever stops doing . 😴💤🛌

it makes me feel good that there is at least one productive person out of some eight billion of us... :) but i won't get upset about it in the slightest as she seems to do a good job.

i'm rather selfish in enjoying being here too and also glad you're able to hang out with us.

Currently, I am very lucky to have an excellent friend that could hold 3 full time jobs if she wanted. By the sounds of the way @baymule works, they are both very similar.

Thank y’all for the admiration for all the work I do. But I have to be honest, this heat and humidity is dragging me down. It doesn’t take long and I’m a pool of sweat, I have to take breaks to cool off. If I’m working outside, I have to quit around 10 or 11 AM. In the evening I go out and feed the dogs, sit with them and then I have to come in to cool off. I go back out to water all the animals, come in to cool off, go back out to feed the sheep, come in, head for shower and collapse. I usually have to take a day off and hibernate inside with my AC. LOL

@baymule, but you go back out! repeatedly. i've been out for a few hours now weeding and i am done for the day period. tired. kaput. finito. toast.
I'm definitely of the "procrastinate most of the day about going out until sunset is looming" persuasion, and this is not even when the heat is extreme. The only gardening effort that beckons to me anymore are the plants on my front porch. They don't need weeding!
