Will those jars be sealed, Bay'?

Or, is it just a matter of putting a lid on it.

Someone should probably put a lid on me ... here's a picture of my corny corn :):

I pack the dehydrated tomatoes in half pint jars, clap a lid and ring on them and dry can them in the oven in order to get a seal. I put them in the oven at 300F for 15 minutes, turn off the oven and open the door halfway. After 20 minutes or so, I take them out. Only have had one not to seal so far, so it gets used first.

Your corn is beautiful. No corn for me yet this year. I don't buy it unless I've put forth the effort to grow some myself. I didn't this year. Besides, starchy veggies are no no's right now.

Someone tell me that eating corn right out in the field while it is just picked means no starch, just sugar. I think I could do veggie sugar.
