Do you ever add sausage or spanish chorizo to it?In stock pot brown chopped garlic and onions in butter or olive oil. Add 1 head escarole broken up stir till wilted, then add chicken broth and can of cannellini beans add a pasta , salt. Heat till pasta soft Yum

What? You've never had chorizo and eggs?Never heard of choriza. Steve there are 2 kinds of Italian sausage sweet and hot. i only eat sweet .
They're made with mexican chorizo which breaks down a lot as you cook it.  Spanish chorizo stays firm when cooked and it's wonderful in soups.I don’t think so. Cooking shows refer to it often.Mary could it be called something different on east coast ?
