I like San Marzano and Better Boys. I find the weather changes their flavor quite a bit. The colder it is, the less flavor.

At least, @seedcorn has some tolerance for changes and still accepts the term "better."

Oh And ... a tomato chopped into bits will lose some of what is unnecessary if it sits awhile in a callendar. Just like you might do with a fresh tomato for a salad or with pasta.
