IF it tastes as good as Waltham, one meal and done. No eating butternut for days.

DW cooked one tonight. Enough for 2. Meat drier and sweeter than normal butternut. Thanks for the seed. Will save seed if anyone wants to try any.

The one we ate tonight still had some green on it. I would have left it on vine a little longer. They are a darker color than regular butternuts.
