Buying my hens from???????

How many are you looking to get total? How old do you want them to be? Do you want to pay shipping or prefer a local source? Are you mixing with an existing flock where you need to quarentine as Lesa stated?

SO I posted this question, kind of an add on frommy other thread on this new post hoping for lots of responses.

I am NOT going to hatch my eggs, as I have no way to do so. I am going to buy hens. Mainly the old stand by's but a few sexlinks.

Where should I buy pullets from?

I bought chicks from a breeder on Backyard Chicken. I got 7 roosters and 1 hen.hmmmmmm
