From what was planted...what lived??
Out of 12 plant types, 6 lived just fine. Waste of money...sucks.

Liatris, purple n white. Fine.

Everberring strawberries. Yes, no problem.

Mini daffodils. Dead, rotted.

Regular yellow daffodils. Gone.

A pink, a yellow & a white tulips. Gone.

A blue and pink hyacinth. Yes, no problem.

Asianic lily orange and yellow. Yes.

Staircase Lupine. Pain in the bum. Gone outside. Indoor, pain.

Red n yellow ruffle tulip. Gone.

Mixed oriental lily. Fine.

Dutch iris, hollandica mix. Gone.

Flaming silver pieris. Yes, no problem.

I forgot about these!!
Now I have to order more dirt/compost. But from someone else, as the kid ripped me off.
Ignore the pool, DH got it on Woot for only $60, and as you can see, it's nowhere near level...

Oh I see what you mean by the soil issue.
Oh looking at the pool. Had one did that. It’s a bug catcher, critter catcher and a pain to keep clean. Delt with a pool for 10 years auto filter the works…and finally moved . I only have a hot tub for warming & healing . It’s a lot of work in summer to keep the water sparkling. And always a magnificent sight & has a cooing effect looking at the water flow on nice summer days . Just relaxing while on a pool float enjoy those lazy days of summer. Nothing like it.
