Canning Salsa and No Lids!

It’s not even a 1/2 day process for me with P canner. Load it, heat it to pressure, 40 minutes, take off heat, once pressure down, undo lid, lift jars out, allow to seal. Fast & safe. I will start with picking tomatoes, juice them, cook them, put in jars, can, lift out 3-4 hours east.

Due to concerns of fraudulent products offered on Amazon and elsewhere; we have taken to buying all canning supplies right from Mason directly. While evaluating various jar makers; it became apparent they are not all equal. I guess this is an endorsement for them; if that’s allowable? Just one Gardener trying to help another!
