Penny I got it someone backed out of order for 22 pullets. I have that happen with puppies. as soon as their born every puppy is spoken for 10 weeks later when ready to go home someone always backs out. I learned to have backup families lined up.

Rumor has it that the two youngest grands and I will be traveling -- into Texas during Christmas break. It's a promise I made to them if something happened to Grandpa.

They have complained about being "culturally deprived" and as grandma, I feel it my duty to correct that.

Perhaps Hilda would enjoy a bit of traveling with us? Of course, we know Texas cities are within easy to reach from every corner of the state?
Red, "if something happened to Grandpa".....Is he going with you, or is your son going to stay with him at home?

I bet you can breeze through one of our cold spells with no problem!
I think I have said that I was in Tyler in February, one year. Freezing cold! Unpleasantly so!

I enjoyed Corpus Christi in November! Austin was fun, on the way. I'm sure that there is lots of history.
