Living in Arizona for 2 years Randi became very sensitive to cold. The friends she was staying with had no power all hotels where/are full. For 2 and half days she froze.

Thing is people with money see it differently than folks who don't have that much money.
Far as the price of the puppy....well I can honestly say I've spent that much on a dog and I don't have a rich spouse. All in what you want. I had specific goals in mind so I was willing to pull the OT to get the dog I wanted.
