So more of the corn is tasseled and starting to grow ears no silk yet, except the one that had silk already. I sprayed it with BT last Sunday and the silk is still on the ear this Sunday. Time will tell if we eat corn from the garden or not.

Not sure if these pics are what you were wanting to see or not. You can see the ears starting develop on the stocks and also the one ear with intact silk. Last pic is me spending time with the corn, trying to give it encouragement.

Sacrifice a toad under the plants ...

I'm thinking of doing that next year.

Putting potato beetles in the soil under the Solanaceae (and a rock) helps the plants but that just stands to reason.

@digitS' i pretty much willing to try anything at this point. Toads, beetle, rocks or what ever. Maybe even call a telephone psychic lol.
