RE: The old movie with Jose Ferrer.

Wifey and oldest daughter watched the movie in black and white.and thought it stupid.

I've thought highly of Cyrano.

Anyone think one way or another?

Greetings Steve, No, He just didn't have the way with words that Cyrano had.

There is a newer one with Gerard Depardieu, in French with English subtitles, very good even if you don't speak French.

The thing with Steve Martin is a lame comedy,
