I chop my chickweed before putting it on sandwiches, burgers, or whatever! So tasty!Next time I’m chopping the chickweed, because the long stems made the whole piece come out in one bite.
But I am thrilled that I have a source of leafy greens that I can add to several foods whenever I happen to be out of salad ingredients. (When they are not dormant, of course.) 🤗
