Next time I’m chopping the chickweed, because the long stems made the whole piece come out in one bite.
But I am thrilled that I have a source of leafy greens that I can add to several foods whenever I happen to be out of salad ingredients. (When they are not dormant, of course.) 🤗

I chop my chickweed before putting it on sandwiches, burgers, or whatever! So tasty!
