So, @heirloomgirl mentioned Richter Herbs (Canadian) and their wide variety of thyme, so I looked them up.
Fascinating! They have a seed collection called a "Seed Zoo," which is a worldwide collection of seeds collected, sold, saved to share, to help prevent food monocultures.
