Here is the one lettuce, harvested whole and we ate it with an onion and all of the sugar snap peas available, which wasn't as much as I had hoped, delicious, nonetheless.

I also harvested garlic scapes. When I researched about storage I really liked the idea of freezing "for up to a year," so I snapped off the tough stalks, labelled the ziploc bag and they are now in the porch freezer.
I will get to them at some point.
