Looking good Hoodat. That's the yellow. Are you getting red and orange too?

Not yet. The seeds are still in the milk stage. None are mature yet. I noticed the lowest leaves are beginning to yellow and drop off so I'm getting close. In another month or so I should have my first dry seeds. As I understand it you harvest the heads one by one as they get ready rather than all at once, sort of ike you do on buckwheat.

I found some at the store the other day (near the rice) and tried it. YUM!
