ETA: Seriously, 4 minutes after I posted, along comes Ava..."cool hat, can I have it?" She says it will probably fit her better. LOL

But we have seen him -- or someone he said was him -- in photos at Martha's for example. Witness protection program? I think not. They tend to avoid wearing fuchsia hats and driving bumble bee trucks.

Besides, he could always post a shot from behind and we still could see his hat.
