Rather amazing how stereotypes follow people in the National spotlight. Each of these sounded true-to-stereotype image.

I was surprised there were no chickens tied to the roof of a car

Seedcorn, I like that one!

I had a great thyme at feeding thyme at the zoo. The zoo keeper said it happens all the thyme! Thyme flies when you're having fun and it soon was thyme to go home. :p

When my son was about 2 years old, I took him to the zoo. We were in the Big Cat house. It was crowded, but my roving eyes kept track of the top of his head -- too big to get through the fence and too easy to detect climbing over. All of a sudden I spotted him on the other side of the fence, walking toward the "kitty, kitty's" cage. I never anticipated that the fencing would allow a child to roll under it.

Quickly I swooped over the fence and grabbed my toddler while saying loudly, "Not yet, Rob, feeding time is not for another hour." Eyes widened and jaws dropped, but my baby was safe and all was good with the world.
