I had an idea for a Chinese Takeout service out west that delivers on horseback.

I think I'll call it "I've Been Through the Desert on a Horse with Lo Mein."

This is a bit like when someone back on Chowhound tried to do "Sweet Dreams are Made of Cheese"
And, of course, my (now rather un-pc) thing about South America.

Also, I did start work on "Only Borjomi" and got pretty far, until I realized that, outside of people of Russian Eastern European extraction, no one would know what Borjomi was. (it's a mineral water from the Republic of Georgia).
