Not all that funny, but extremely cool.
After finally making the connection in my head, I wonder how many punitive "witches" and "wizards" thought history have taken advantage of the fact that it is possible to teach some crows and ravens how to TALK; like parrots. Having a talking crow or raven on your shoulder would probably have given you a LOT of magical street cred.
