Alright, friends — finally, able to start working on the garden. Making THIS the year it happens. I already have a 2x16’ bed in with some blueberry plants in place. Today I got the first of 9 raised beds built and into place. So exciting to finally have progress!

a clean desk is the sign of a sick mind... someone told me that. i believe them since of course i rarely have a clean desk or a sick mind. i think...

So, Saturday we finished the last of the raised beds. Monday the fencing guys came and started their part of the 2020 garden project. I’m so looking forward to having this garden in and protected from the deer!!

The beds are 4x8’, and 17” deep, and the longer bed at the end is blueberries and that bed is 2x16 and 12” deep.

This photo was from yesterday. They set about half of the posts in concrete. They returned today and set the remaining posts ... maybe tomorrow, maybe Thursday they’ll come and start work on the panels. Exciting!!
