WOW, the snow always makes me kinda humble.
Just remember how wonderful all our gardens looked not that very long ago.

That is hilarious to have those flowers just floating pictures of snow on the same page! It just blows my mind....

Quick update on the garden. These pictures were taken a couple weeks ago from my back deck. Some of the snow has melted now, but not a lot.

yep, New England weather sure is fun. though this year we have gone through a lot less snow but a lot of cold days. the few inches we got last night and this morning mostly melted away and i'm happy for that.

i was looking at my garden yesterday before the snow started and i was hoping that i could get out by the end of the March to do some tilling of new areas. here's hoping that i can get lots of projects done in it this year!

i just noticed that my day lilies are starting to sprout up through the leaf litter here.

yeah, we haven't been getting all the snow that the mid Atlantic states have been this year. it seems like a reverse for us. though it has been very frigid here the past month. this last week has been in the 40's and it feels like a heatwave! :coolsun

maybe i'll have to get a pic of it later just to prove it!
