I guess true gardening is for the ones who LOVE the outdoors. Since it is every changing. But that is fine with me. I get off at 3pm and stay outside until 8pm pretty much everyday. I dislike making plans with others because I won't get to play outside.

Your garden looks great and I love the pond. I really wish I could vision one in my yard.

:frow Great pictures Catalina,

It always amazes me just how quickly the veggies fill out once the soil warms up. You have done wonders in such a short time (as well as helping your family).

I loved your photo of the 'Grannies Bonnet'! I have a garden full of them as they self seed everywhere, sometimes singles but often the double-flowered ones. I want to try sowing the black ones for next year.

Have a great weekend. :happy_flower

Everything keeps looking better and better. It is hard to picture it with the leaves and snow. But you have been really busy.

Awesome Cat!!! Is that Columbine by chance?!

Someone sent me some seeds I planted without direction and they are still struggling?! Do you have any suggestions on their needs?!

This UK site might have info on your columbines. I don't plant mine they just arrive & self seed -- the common ones at least. :D

The problem with the special ones is they never last but revert to the common ones. At the moment I have deep purple doubles, pink doubles & lots of pink singles. They look very pretty in my woodland garden.

Happy Gardening! :rainbow-sun

Catalina,
tell me more about your columbine. Was it grown from seed or plants? Where do you have it planted (shade)? What are its water needs?
I don't have any luck with columbine, but it's one of my favorite wildflowers, so I'd like to know what I've been doing wrong.
