Upon reading a little on the site.

Pretty sure that Harvard would allow these:

However! I am making ButterCup Squash Pie this morning. And, DW is making Apple Pie!

I hope that those can be fit in somewhere :p!

TEG threads, like my diets, seldom take the course I expect:

I tried to reduce the pixels so that this would be a low-cal picture but, for some reason, didn't succeed.

I'm so sorry, Steve but this article is pure garbage. It says avoid bacon.......What no BLT's in summer, no bacon for AM's, etc????? That's un-American. We need to support our pork industry and eat more bacon. I try to avoid bacon but it just calls my name out.............

Nice article.

Hmmm... they lost me completely when they said potatoes don't count! Fortunately there is so much conflicting advice and studies that I'm positive I can find support for my eating habits :p . My Idaho ancestors always said "a spud a day keeps the Dr. away". They were mostly potato farmers of course...
And Steve, if you can't find a place on the" healthy eating plate" for those beautiful pies I know a good home who will adopt them!
