Wow, Ontario is really varied in its zones, isn't it? You must live in that little area south of Lake Huron?
It's amazing what effect lakes and mountains have on the weather. I guess they make the weather. Duh.

:frow Lori :welcome from a colder Iowa (zone 5b) It is funny to think it is milder in Canada than here! It sure looks like you have a good start with greenhouses and coldframes.

For reference, it takes me one hour to drive to Niagara Falls, NY.

They get lots more snow than I do. Was there on the 9th and driving was bad. Was glad to come back north!

Welcome! Welcome! There is something depressing about you being in a warmer zone in Canada, than I am in NY. Ugh, everyone has warmer temps than me! Sounds like you've got mother nature, just about tricked!

Welcome from east Texas, zone 8. We don't have frozen dirt.......or much of frozen anything.......runs to freezer to check ice cubes..... :lol:
