My new " contractors" type cell phone is almost just like yours ... it is quite small and I can easily cary it in my pant's or sweatpant's pockets without interferfeing with any physical activities like carpentry or gardening or horseback riding or hunting or fishing endeavors like most of the other fancy and too big gadgets do. Only difference from yours is that it is a Samsung. Beam me up Scotty !

Bob about 10 years ago I had a contractor cell. It was canary yellow surrounded with black rubber. claimed it would still work after being dropped from top of ladder.

Thanks for asking about the tree. No... wrong, the master gardener doesnt know what he is talking about. Paw Paws typically have a single bare tap root, and the one we sent has great small roots, feeder roots, an excellent specimen. Even with no smaller roots, the main root would sprout new roots. Now that is ok if the current leaves wilt and even drop off. There are buds all along the trunk that will sprout leaves, and even from the base, so that is perfectly fine. Keep the tree moist and partly shaded, it will do fine.
