Help me my Husband loves carrots

This season is my firts summer garden. Winter garden did ok learn alot. I used burpee seeds some did better thatn others. Good growings seeds were: corn Honey and cream ,select green bean, french filet, Sugar snap peas, hybrid ll cucumber.

I have no luck at all with carrot. tryed two types: short and sweet and sweet treat hybrid (also burpees) . maybe its my soil, i don't no. It's a shame my husband loves carrots.

Does any one have any advise about going carrots?

What is the problem with them? Have you checked out the official carrot thread? There might me some help there.

Yes you should check out the Official Carrot Thread

Did they not sprout at all? It may because the soil was too cold. Or the soil may have crusted over not letting the seeds come out.

Were they eaten by something?

Specifics would be help.

The short and sweet burpee never spouted and sweet treat hybrid (also burpees) spouted but they aren't growing at all. So to answer your ?? they are doing lillte to next to nothing. Thanks for the web page direction.
