@Nyboy is on to something. Of course I thought of it first. Thanksgiving of 2013 had the family sitting down to red, white, and blue potatoes. Only DH was unsure of eating them. The rest of us just dug in and enjoyed.

Mine weren't ready for July eating. So, there, Nyboy! It isn't too much coffee, but too potato experimentation for the idea not to have popped up years ago.
