How to choose a grow light

I just need something for a couple of months while I start my garden seedlings indoors.
I won't be using it all year round.
Any suggestions?

I'm just using a shop light I bought at Walmart for $15.

Home Depot shop light ($20) with bulbs labeled "sunlight" (2900 lumens iirc). Working great!

I have two shelves set up and the tomatoes look great, just like the ones I usually buy.
