Haha...me too! My house is very messy right now, but if I'm outside where I can't see it, I tend not to care.

I almost never clean house. My roommate almost never steps outside. She likes to clean, I like yardwork. It would work out wonderfully if we had anything else in common other than an address.... but that's the price I pay for not having run the vac in over a year.

I always say, if you want to see my house clean- show up in February. If you want to see my garden, come in the summer!! Rarely, are the house and garden tended equally!

I know that feeling! I worked in both of our gardens yesterday and didnt hardly touch the house. I dont really worry about it since no one comes around. if they do, I dont care anyway.

You got me. here I am on the computer when I should be cleaning house ! OK it is clean enough no one is going to get sick, bet VERY Cluttered. If I could train the dog and DH to pick up behind themselves it would be so much easier.

I do need to clean the house today.... but I always say.... it will be there tomorrow, it wont grow legs and walk away.

My technique at this time of the year is to stay out of the house as much as possible.

But, here I am at the south window.

Still, 4 steps take me out the backdoor. Then, the pickup is just out the gate. 95% of my travel is to a distant garden.
