Change it how? I know people who can meat and then use it in stews and other dishes and it's great. I am not sure about putting the BBQ sauce on the meat and canning it because you have to process the meat for a long time at a very high temp and it might burn the sauce and this would taste really bad. I would can it into jars then add the sauce when you use it.
