I need a tried and true recipe for spaghetti Sauce

I plan to can all the Spaghetti sauce that is totally homemade. Please let me know I have tried several but none seem to fit the bill!!

My mother would make her gravy on Sundays because it would take all day. Italians call it macaroni with gravy, I never used the name pasta till I moved out of parents house.
