Is it too late to plant corn?

I live in the PNW--Oregon actually. I was wondering if it is too late to plant corn.

When you plant later, the ground is warmer and germination occurs faster. It may work out just perfect for you to plant now.
I just planted a bunch more corn myself, but I am in a warmer zone.
