Carrot and Apple Milk Toast
It sounds like a very homy dish! For the Japanese toast I made, it just replaced the water in the recipe with milk. So I use carrot and apple juice to make the roux (water roux starter), and then milk and other ingredients to finish the dough. It's a kind of the bread that you can eat without toppings.In my home, we would call it milk toast if,
after toasting, it was sprinkled with sugar and hot milk was poured on the plate.
Imagine with the flavor of carrots and apple!
