Well, today I was able to plant some lettuce, onion, carrots and some garlic that was given to me. Sealed em' in with a prayer. I'm really nervous about how well they'll all do. After supper, if light permits it, I'm going back out to plant a different variety of lettuce and carrots, and some more of the same onion... possibly will trade the onions for another veggie.

We've managed to get in our "before last day of frost" crops. My hands are super dry now! O well. I have an herbal solution to take care of it. We'lll be planting again next weekend. Hopefully, everything takes root. We've been praying like crazy over it. I never thought a little seed could cause such anxiety. Haha. We should start seeing some green coming through next week. Some of the seeds were supposed to be planted as transplants, but I direct sowed since transplanting wasn't an option. We'll see what happens. I figure if the onions don't have enough time to grow a bulb I'll still be able to harvest onion greens.
