Sounds delicious. I love pineapple and pineapple-upside down cake. How much, if any, of a problem are the tiny seeds for denture wearers? DH sometimes complains about that with poppyseed cakes.

I don't have dentures, but straw and black berry seeds drive me crazy. They get stuck between teeth and under gums.

Yes, DH complains about blackberries bothering his dentures as well. I just chew away and consider the seeds more bulk in my diet. Stuck? That's dessert for later.
