Your Congressmans reply sounds like a copy and paste from a Monsanto hand out.

So true, I do not count on the people in office representing me... because they do not represent me.... I will represent myself thank you :) Its just nice to know some people actually agree with me.

Though I hope you guys have taken the time to visit the link at the beginning of this post and write your congressmen. Though it probably won't do much, it DEFINITELY won't do any good to not say anything at all!!! :(

"natural sugar"

Corn sweeteners are also "natural" and not made by SLAVE labor. Switch to sugar, support slave labor and exporting more American jobs overseas...........:he

You are welcome to eat it all you want, but it still needs to be on a label. I'm asking for labels so I can make my own decisions... like everyone should be able to.

"Cigerette: Have been known to cause cancer" Yet people still smoke, so I know a label won't solve problems.

But I quit smoking May 5th 2009

Aren't ALL food products clearly labeled with what is in them? I have no problem (& would support) labeling all foods made by non-GMO, non-overseas slave labor, etc.

I talked to a leather belt salesmen who sells chinese belts for $5, mexican for $10 and American hand made for $15.......guess what people buy--cheap chinese belts. We won't even support our own.......we are getting what we want.

This thread is not about slave labor or buying chinese... its about labeling food with GMO grown produce.
