Last year (Nov) I spread A LOT of wildflower and short prairie grass seed between my tree rows because before our ownership it was cornfield & soybeans and thus had little in the way of a native grass seedbank. I'm hopeful that some of the seeds stayed put and weren't washed or blown away and I see these popping up all over right now (late April) here. Anyone have a good guess at the species? Looks like it's in the mustard family and someone else I know suggested dog mustard.

hmmm. all those flowers look yellow and these are white. I'll go take some better macro photos today.

Here's what UCBerkley's herbarium says:

"Flower: sepals 3--5 mm; petals 4--8 mm, white or yellow."

It's across the continent and here, as well. I don't remember trying to ID it before and certainly don't know if'n I've got it right. Made plenty of mistakes before.
