Peach jam would be yummy too! Freezer jam is easy to make if you want to keep it simple!

you can always adapt as needed. but i do like cilantro... look for a number of them and see which appeal to you and then go from there.
enjoy all those yummy peaches. and yes jam is great too. i really liked a version of peach jam that i made which included green curry and red pepper flakes and some apple cider vinegar. i really regretted that i only made two jars of that...- Thread starter

That sounds good and a little heat to the jam even betteryou can always adapt as needed. but i do like cilantro... look for a number of them and see which appeal to you and then go from there.
