I want to make fresh dough, stuff it, bake it, eat. Quick means I want to do ASAP.

I'm not going to be any help here, (so I probably should just keep my mouth shut), but if you want it quick then I guess you aren't talking about yeast breads. My quickest yeast recipe takes 2 hours.

Stuff it???

check out Fofar Bridies. they're a Scottish pastry that usually calls for lamb but i've switched out beef or pork and throw in other veggies like potatoes and carrots.

Calzones are also a good one to check out. i used to make those while working for a restaurant years ago. we made 3 different types with the pizza dough we made: the 3 cheese blend we used for the pizzas along with ricotta and grated Parmesan cheeses, then spinach with the cheese mix, and the Works which was hamburger with onions, peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni and a little pizza cheese to hold it together.
