Thanks, I TOTALLY agree! 
Ann was an easy choice early on, but the forum was still tiny and new so more mods weren't really needed.
Well, I'm hoping to get her more work pretty soon as I'm going to start advertising this site more and will put a quick note in the BYC newsletter (so many BYC"ers are excellent gardeners!)... that should put a little spike in our visits.
