oh, ok, now i see say you are more western MI, that is not close by to me for casual or frequent trips. however you can check out the bean threads here (there are several search for LEBN (Little Easy Bean Network) and @Blue-Jay :) ) and he has a growers network for his collection along with many others and i do know of some people more over that direction who might work out well.

if you do see anything i grow catch your interest send me a personal message and i'll put you down for mailing out samples next spring. i'm done with doing that for this season.

close to where i was hatched. i have a lot of relatives over that ways. i love the hills. we have flatlands here in the Saginaw River Valley. places get names like Hilltop if they only go up a few feet...
 
At one time I was told I was related to everyone in the state. And if your from this side probably related some how. If you know anybody around my area that would like to do a grow out with me just let me know and I'll send you the info how they can contact me .😀

Welcome to TheEasyGarden. There are some fine communities here. Bean people are the ones I hang out with mostly. I think you probably can find every type of gardening under the sun in all the threads. You are invited to come on over to the Little Easy Bean network. Glad you have come along our way. Love that name and love my bean dip... just south of you in NW Ohio. Still learning how to garden, been at it for 55 years. Every time I move it's a new microclimate, new soil, different seasons/weather... great to have you here!!
