New property owners again

MontyJ did some work on the other property today. He got one of the counter tops cut and put in place just needs anchored down. He is making some pretty good progress in the kitchen. I'm going to make you all wait for new pictures. I want to get more done before I post anything else!

Well @Smart Red I am still waiting for P.O. to deliver my surprise from @Nyboy maybe tomorrow.

I live in fly-over country so the package could have been dropped from a FedEx plane. You might need pony express to finish the last lap of your delivery. You will be delighted!

Here are my Habitat for Humanity work hats. I do wear these in the garden at times. I now have a new favorite. Thank you, Nyboy!

It is cool, wide brimmed, light, and has the added benefit of keeping those pesky gnats/mosquitoes away. . . and did I say it was COOL! Plus, now I can hide in my garden -- er, weeds -- and not be found.

I used a Grand to take the photo as I had promised. This was her first visit since the package arrived.
