Linemen came by and turned the electric on yesterday evening. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

I did not even have to call the electric company to come out....they showed up on their own. Now the water company will be a totally different experience

The punch list is shrinking fast! The carpet is down and relaxing. I'll be stretching it next weekend. That will leave final trim out and floor registers, running a new circuit for the dishwasher and this job is DONE!!!

Just two houses down the lane!!!!! Already started going threw our stuff and picking what's going and what's not.

It's done.

Finally fired up the furnace for the first time yesterday and it didn't want to start. I checked everything and found an old air conditioning wire shorting out the T-stat. Furnace is running fine now but testing revealed that the sequencers are not closing in the proper order. I'm ordering a new set just in case.

As soon as the water gets turned on...It's moving time!!!
