Well, I'm sure you all heard the crazy North Carolina has gotten snow... and quite a bit in the last couple of weeks.

I had planted Carrots, spinach and Brocolli and figured I lost it all to this snow... nothing got covered in time for the last one. I planned on replanting at the end of the month.

I went out to look today, and had at least 12 sprouts of spinach coming up!!! Not all is lost.... I'm so happy :D

Looks like we'll be in the high 50's to 60 for the next 10 days. Including 68-69 tomorrow and sunday.

May it really is coming to an end :coolsun

From one extreme to another isn't it vfem? The low was 11 here Wednesday and today the high is supposed to be close to 70. I know it's way to early, but I am ready to plant something! I think I'll try some spinach and maybe the weather will cooperate. Grew it for the first time last year because someone gave me some seeds. I never knew I liked the stuff.
