I love this rose bush, wish I knew its name was bought clearance no tag. Flowered all summer no problem with disease. Please over look weeds

Did you start saying there was no reason to weed in September or August (or earlier)? You could put brown paper bags on the ground around the rose bush and smother many of the weeds during the winter.
