Today’s produce, some happy grass eating bunnies and pollen in water drops on cabbage leaves.

Maybe i’ll get to mow tomorrow?

The Stupice was our first ripe tomato but these Celebrity’s are always very strong performers. This one was the first tomato on the vine and measures an honest 3 1/2 inches across; at this point! And there starting to stack up on that stem.

We’re 60 days in now and having a very cool year; none the less things are progressing outside. Cabbage and Broccoli, Peas, Comfrey, Cherry blossoms, and Compost Are coming along.
Yesterday i mowed the property, saving the clippings and starting this years compost. The first picture shows last years bin which will get turned 3-4 more times before being “ready” by the fall. Over the divider i placed the partition at 4ft. Wide and added the clippings which were roughly 1 ft deep. Then added 5 gallons of rabbit poop and wet it down just a bit. Continuing this way, by fall that bin will grow to the size of the first one.

Every year a few plants show they’re creative side by producing something a little different. It’s early for anomalies; but i did get a cool pole bean this morning And another picture to add to the collection!

Wow! It's amazing how far along your peas and brassicas are! You planted those in ground 60 days ago?
